Test Subject: Ischemic Preconditioning Study at WAIS

After another three hours of testing at the Western Australian Institute of Sport, I am officially tired and hungry.

I have been invited to be a test subject in a study examining the influence of ischemic preconditioning on repeat 1000m kayak race performance conducted by Dr. M Binnie, Dr. P Peeling, Dr. M Sim, and Sam Halley.

Hopefully groundbreaking conclusions will come of this research.
